work on ourselves would be job NO1

for starters , successful people always suggest one of the greatest tips on becoming successful is surround yourself with positive people who work on themselves For years, I let ‘weaknesses’, errors in my philosphy, and negative recurring thinking, destroy my results and I wasn’t even aware of it. Most people do. Though most people never take the next step, the step all SUCCESSFUL people take. Introspection. Truly working on yourself HARDER then you do your work. Stupid beliefs and mediocre ideas we bought into years ago, this is what’s stopping most people today from living a life filled with excellence. Excellence. Until you go INWARD and correct yourself, the results you want won’t appear. They won’t because they can’t. Introspection. Where do I get this belief from? Why do I always think this same negative thought about myself? Where does that come from? What do I believe about money? Do I get my feeling of importance from being a victim or being a winner? Most people unknowingly buy into a ‘philosophy of life’ decades past and live it today like it’s really true andgood. Doing the inner work isn’t always easy. I must say that. Though, what’s worth it, is YOU becoming the person that you were meant to be. A real winner. A real person of courage. A real powerful individual. A real giver. A real person of value. Hundreds of years of success books all say the same thing… Change the INNER, then EVERYTHING else changes. Regain the attitude of “I Can, I Will, I Must, and I Will Not Be Denied.” Focus on building your CHARACTER. That’s real value. Introspection. Work on yourself. This is the work that leads to the kind of success you desire. You’re only reading this right now because the DRUMBEAT of victory marches within you. You know you have what it takes. You might even be scared of your own power. Don’t worry about making others feel insecure. You be GREAT, the world needs you.Desperately.

DOES it help ???

does it help ??? does COMPLAINING help ???

Complaining.

Complaining.

Complaining.

Earlier this morning, I was at the gym and I overheard a
conversation.

A negative conversation.

From gas prices to layoffs, this person was complaining about
everything.

Blah, blah, blah, this person DEFEATED HIMSELF.

The economy didn’t defeat him, his boss didn’t defeat him, he
DEFEATED HIMSELF.

That’s the power of our MENTAL ATTITUDE.

It can cause us to WIN, to TRIUMPH, or to defeat ourselves.

This is very important.

It’s so easy to look to the left or look to the right and
find somebody complaining about something.

It’s so easy to join in. Misery loves company.

Don’t do it.

Don’t.

YOU weren’t born to complain. YOU my friend were born to WIN.

We make our own economy.

Work on yourself. Become valuable to others.

Become ATTRACTIVE to others.

Become a problem solver to others.

Don’t pass on a complaining, victim driven attitude to your
kids.

Pass on the SPIRIT of a HERO. A winner.

Don’t take two steps today. Take one.

Move forward 1%. Yes, just 1%.

Start speaking TRIUMPH over your life.

Say:

I am VALUABLE.

People are drawn to me.

I am TALENTED.

I like people and people like me.

Amigo, start going the extra mile for others.

Watch what happens.

Get clear on what you want.

If you’re at a job right now and you want to leave it.

Find out how much money you need to make consistently each
month to leave that job and make that your goal.

Don’t make $1,000,000 your goal. Make it your goal for your
business to pay your monthly expenses plus.

Get started. Don’t join the ‘complaining party’

That party will always be there. You’re ABOVE IT.

The world is waiting to EXPERIENCE your gifts, talents, and
abilities

goals

i dont wanna sound like a broken record about how important it is to learn how to set goals and how to make them happen ...

there is something you might find inspiring like i did when i first read it , maybe you really wanna start considering incorporating them into your life if there is some area of you life that your really wanna get together ...no matter what it is that we wanna improve... we all know it doesnt happen overnight and nothing happens if all we ever do is just sit back and wait for someone to handle it to us , we all know it doesnt work that way ...

at the end of each yr, how many times have you beat urself up for those unmet promises and broken resolutions and felt like running on the same threamill and going nowhere . and how much longer we are gonna keep that up ? maybe we should do something to turn this around , or maybe we should just go with the flow and end up being like the masses that hate the way the live their lives ...

lets read this one , digest it , and apply it in our lives ...hopefully

5 Simple Ways to Kick Start Your Goal-Setting

It's that time of year again where many pause and reflect on the previous year and consider what, if any, changes are needed and appropriate for the new one.

There are five important, yet simple steps to follow, which I believe are necessary for seemingly impossible goals to be achieved.

Step Number One

Spend some quiet time and write down exactly what the change or changes will be and why you want them, this is the first crucial step towards achieving goals. At this stage, write only what it is you'd like to achieve and why. The 'how's' and 'when's' can come later.

Step Number Two

This step too is very important, and it has everything to do with you accessing a state of inner peace. The peace I write about has little to do with listening to relaxation music, essential oils in a burner or harps playing (though they can help).

Achievement of your goal requires having peace through a quiet mind and inner calmness regardless of the chaos around you and how long this chaos reigns.

When you have this (peace) you'll have greater clarity, your creative self will make itself known, you'll gain foresight into how you will achieve your outcome, focus, and negativity will have minimal impact.

There are individuals who know how to step into the state of peace; however others may require some gentle guidance.

If you find achieving a peace state challenging, there are 5 options listed below that may help you:

1. Find yourself some quiet time when you know you'll be undisturbed and paint, draw, write, or map out all you can about your intended outcome.

2. Embark on a meditation program that will teach you a selection of meditation techniques.

3. If you're willing to be coached, find yourself a reputable personal coach who can help you work through limiting beliefs and help you discover what your values are.

4. Seek out a mentor. This would be someone whom you admire, is inspiring, motivating, and successful, be available to you and who is a fundamentally positive, peaceful and calm individual.

5. Embark on a spiritual development program.

The world of alternatives is huge. To find something you'll be happy with may take a little research, start by asking friends and family members to point you in the right direction. If they're just not into that kind of thing it may be wise to broaden your search through the internet, books, and/or other members of your community.

Step Number Three

This important step is about gifting yourself with a fresh outlook on life.

Looking at things in a totally different way and from a new angle will give you a more global perspective revealing greater possibilities and may be achieved by:

1. Asking parts of you what is important to you, each time you receive an answer continue by asking why that answer is important. When you can go no further ask yourself "how can you change this issue?" This may sound a bit strange, however from experience this works.

2. Transformational Coaching.

3. Understanding your motivation or lack of motivation. Once you've gained an understanding of you, you're in a position to become proactive into making necessary changes toward achieving your goal.

4. Reading autobiographies of how successful people did it.

Step Number Four

By now you know exactly what you want; you can step into profound inner peace at will; have picked up great self-help and self-healing tools; eliminated limiting beliefs; and worked out your values. Now it's time to finally pinpoint exactly how you're going to go about achieving your goal.

There will be many ways on how you'll achieve your goal; however the time frame will vary greatly depending on what you need to acquire first. Maybe you need:

1. To acquire new skills such as sales, writing, technology, or marketing skills etc. for that new career you've always wanted to be part of.

2. To seriously start networking yourself and your product. Become known in your community.

3. To gather a team of like minded individuals that will motivate and inspire you into achieving your goal, whatever it is. Constant negative input can quickly extinguish dreams.

4. Start an investment portfolio for your future if you're after a secure financial future.

5. Read as much as possible on whatever your goal is, it will give you a fundamental understanding of what it's all about.

Step Number Five

This last but important step (they're all important) is the calculation of when your outcome will finally eventuate. If you've followed the previous steps adding Step Number Four into the equation, you'll be able to determine the time you can celebrate in a really, huge way of finally reaching the pot at the end of your rainbow!

1. Calculate the time it takes to complete your training courses or higher education.

2. Investment portfolio goals as discussed with your investment adviser.

3. Discuss with your business/personal development/transformational coach how many sessions and 'home-play' will be required of you for you to achieve your goal.

4. Factor in time it takes for people to get to know you if you're selling a product or you are the product. Speak with a marketing professional or someone 'in the know' first.

5. It's important to be realistic about timeframes. Sometimes our greatest plans will go awry and will take much longer than expected (much like newly discovered actors and singers who have been plugging their trade for many years before hitting the big time!)

Sometimes, incidents will happen and be out of our control no matter what we do. Like my computer taking with it all my electronic office equipment earlier in 2005 (one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had). To keep going required perseverance, patience and flexibility - it would have been so easy to give up!

Anyone can achieve goals through inner peace, perseverance, patience, flexibility and sometimes viewing situations from an entirely different angle.

needs pumping up ? read this ...

i understand at one point or another , we all need pumping up , i mean from time to time ... we just need that ...dont you agree that we should never let the noise of others opinions drown out our nagging little voice that expresses our true selves...

the following inspiring article came from one of my favo motivational speakers from Unite States , hope u will find it inspiring too .

Over the years…

People have stepped on your self confidence.

People have stepped on your self faith.

People have stepped on your self image.

People have stepped on your business ideas.

People have stepped on your potential.

Some of them have had bad intentions; some thought they were
just ‘loving’ you.

Here’s one thing in too many people that hasn’t been stepped
on.

Unfortunately, it’s been raised.

Raised way to high.

...

Doubt.

Self doubt.

The blessings of life can’t live in a doubtful mind.

A mind doubtful of success connects with its friends.

“Friends, who are they?”

Fear, worry, and anxiety.

Fear, worry, and anxiety don’t find such a home in the
positive, goal oriented mind.

Let me share with you one of the most unfortunate things we
can do in our lives.

***Doubting our own success.

Do you have doubts about your own success?

It’s ok if you do. Knowing you do is the step before
vanquishing those thoughts.

Amigo, you, me, we, were born to DOMINATE.

We were born to ENJOY, to laugh, to smile, to serve, and to
win.

We weren’t born to be DOUBTING ADULTS.

You must go on the OFFENSIVE. Mentally.

Nothing will change until you start DEPOSITING thoughts of
belief, power, conviction, and winning in your MIND.

Only you can do this.

Will you?

If you TAKE ACTION, get ready to experience a rush of self
respect and self confidence to enter your life.

You’re an important person to many. You are.

There are 1,000+ people walking the globe right now who
desperately need you to be at your best.

You’re the only who has a solution for their problem.

Don’t let doubt stand between you two. Don’t let it.

love to share this one , check it out

kudos to the author who wrote this ,,,if you feel what i feel after reading this , please feel free to rebroadcast it to those who you think might need to hear this now , i'm sure there must be a lot dying to hear this.

During stressful times, one of the things that sees us through is self-confidence - confidence in our ability to do whatever it takes to weather a storm; trust in ourselves enough to know that we'll take the necessary actions that will honor our self-care; and courage to do the tough stuff even when everything inside us wants to run and hide.

More than a year ago, I wrote about watching a series on "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" called "American Dream" where the host interviewed successful people who had experienced both significant success and failure.  One gentleman, a businessman who made billions only to lose it all before creating success again, had a great idea that's worth repeating, especially during this period of uncertainty.  He explained that the thing that got him through his toughest times was an  "accomplishments list" he kept with him in his briefcase at all times.  He explained, "Most of us spend a great deal of time thinking about how we've failed or what we don't have, and not enough time on what we've done right or on the success we've created.  I use this list to remind myself of what I've done well -- especially during the difficult times."

As I listened to him talk about this idea, I thought about how valuable a tool this would be for anyone who needed a boost of confidence or a reminder of their potential.  Think about it.  When's the last time you sat down and looked at your life through the lens of success?  If I asked you to list ten accomplishments right this minute, could you?  If that question causes your mind to immediately go blank, then I invite you to make your own list this week.  Here are some examples of the kinds of accomplishments you might include:

I raised healthy and good kids
I enjoy a successful marriage
I completed my college degree
I landed a job in a field that I love
I created my first garden
I started my own business
I wrote a book, a poem, or a song
I bought my first car or home
I made a difference in someone's life

Get the idea?  Okay, let's stop for a moment and do something good for yourself.  Open up a new file on your computer right now and take a few minutes to do your own list.  Challenge yourself to come up with at least 15 examples, large or small.  Think of this exercise as securing a great insurance policy that may just pull you out of an emotional fire when you need it most -- and it may also help you to make a wise decision to stay in the game when you're tempted to jump ship.

Once you've made your list, print it out and keep it somewhere safe and handy.  Read through it at least once a day this week and smile as you do. In spite of what challenge, failure, disappointment, or hardship you may be facing right now, deep inside is a smart, wise, committed, and hard-working soul who has a track record of success :).  Yup -- that's you!
